Advanced Industrial Burner Technology

Our incinerators utilize world-class Italian burners from brands like Riello or Ecoflam. Deployed in both primary and secondary (afterburner) chambers, these fully modulating burners automatically adjust flame intensity according to real-time temperature demands.

This process minimizes fuel (Natural Gas, Diesel, LPG) consumption while maximizing thermal destruction efficiency. Flame scanners and safety photocells ensure fail-safe operation cycles.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is odor and smoke formation prevented in animal waste incinerators? +

The secondary chamber (afterburner) burns all gases coming from the primary chamber at a minimum of 850°C for at least 2 seconds, completely destroying odor and smoke, leaving clean and colorless stack exhaust.

Can whole cattle carcasses be loaded directly into the incinerator? +

Yes. Our YF-H series incinerators feature wide loading doors and hydraulic lift tippers, allowing whole cattle or sheep carcasses to be loaded directly without any prior size reduction or chopping.

How do these incinerators ensure biosecurity during disease outbreaks? +

Wastes are burned directly on-site where they are generated, eliminating transportation risks. The high temperatures inside the chamber destroy all viruses, bacteria, and pathogens in seconds.

Do animal fats accumulating on the furnace floor damage the refractory? +

No. The hearth floor is cast using low-porosity refractory concrete, creating a retention pool. This prevents fat leakage and retains oil on the hot floor where it burns efficiently and safely.

How is fuel consumption optimized in animal waste incinerators? +

Animal carcasses contain high-calorie fat. When temperature sensors detect the chamber is hot, burners automatically modulate down or turn off, allowing the waste to sustain its own combustion.

Can slaughterhouse wastes (blood, tripe, offal) be burned in this system? +

Yes. However, slaughterhouse wastes have very high moisture content. For efficient combustion, mixing mechanisms or additional burners configured to evaporate moisture are added to the furnace.

What is the cooling time and can sequential loading be performed? +

Complete cooling takes 8 to 12 hours. However, thanks to hot-loading compatible doors and refractory designs, sequential loading can be performed without waiting for the chamber to cool completely.

Which incinerator models are suitable for poultry carcass disposal? +

For poultry farms, smaller and mid-sized static models of the YF-H series (YF-H 100, YF-H 250) are suitable. High-power burners are used to quickly incinerate high-moisture feathers and soft tissue.

Is there automated ash discharge in animal incinerators? +

In static models, ash removal is done manually after the chamber cools. For continuous slaughterhouse incineration plants, automatic ash discharge using under-grate screw conveyors can be configured.

What are the advantages of mobile animal incinerators? +

They enable on-site disposal in quarantine zones without transporting biohazardous waste. Their trailer-mounted compact design allows rapid transit between different agricultural farms or regions.
