Advanced Industrial Burner Technology

Our incinerators utilize world-class Italian burners from brands like Riello or Ecoflam. Deployed in both primary and secondary (afterburner) chambers, these fully modulating burners automatically adjust flame intensity according to real-time temperature demands.

This process minimizes fuel (Natural Gas, Diesel, LPG) consumption while maximizing thermal destruction efficiency. Flame scanners and safety photocells ensure fail-safe operation cycles.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is continuous loading achieved in high-capacity plants without stopping the furnace? +

Automated loading is performed using hydraulic ram-feeders or rotary valves. These mechanisms utilize double-gate airlocks to prevent ambient air ingress while feeding waste continuously into the hot chamber.

Can hazardous solvents, chemical waste, and sewage sludge be incinerated simultaneously? +

Yes. The rotary kiln technology utilized in our industrial plants allows solid, semi-solid, and liquid wastes to be co-fired simultaneously, mixing them continuously for complete and high-efficiency destruction.

How does the continuous ash discharge system (wet scraper) work? +

Hot ash exiting the kiln drops directly into a water-sealed hopper for cooling. Submerged heavy-duty scraper flights continuously extract the wet ash into a container without compromising furnace draft pressure.

Which critical parameters are monitored in the plant via PLC and SCADA? +

Temperatures of primary/secondary chambers, internal draft pressure, O2/CO levels, burner flame status, wet scrubber pH values, and stack gas flow rates are monitored in real-time and recorded for safety.

How long do annual refractory, burner, and mechanical maintenance shutdowns take? +

Scheduled major maintenance shutdowns are conducted once a year. These periods, covering refractory checks, gear lubrication, and burner calibrations, take between 7 to 14 days on average.

How is the waste heat boiler integrated in high-capacity plants? +

Flue gas at 900-1100°C exiting the kiln is routed through a waste heat boiler before filtration. The thermal energy generates high-pressure steam, which is fed to steam turbines or used directly for district heating.

How is compliance with dioxin and furan limits guaranteed in industrial waste incineration? +

It is guaranteed by maintaining 1100°C for 2 seconds in the afterburner, active carbon injection, and a quench reactor that rapidly cools flue gas, preventing the de-novo synthesis (re-formation) of dioxins.

Why is negative chamber pressure important and how is it maintained? +

Negative draft pressure prevents flame blowback, smoke, or toxic gas escape when loading doors open. An induced draft fan (ID fan) equipped with variable frequency drives continuously stabilizes this vacuum.

How are indoor odor and fugitive dust emissions controlled in the plant? +

Waste bunker rooms and ash transport conveyor lines are fully enclosed. Air extracted from these process zones is passed through baghouse dust filters and active carbon beds before being released to the atmosphere.

What are the capacity control methods of the industrial burners used? +

Our burners are controlled via fully modulating (proportional) actuators. Based on real-time temperature signals, the PLC positions the air and fuel valves via servo motors, keeping fuel efficiency at peak.
