Advanced Industrial Burner Technology

Our incinerators utilize world-class Italian burners from brands like Riello or Ecoflam. Deployed in both primary and secondary (afterburner) chambers, these fully modulating burners automatically adjust flame intensity according to real-time temperature demands.

This process minimizes fuel (Natural Gas, Diesel, LPG) consumption while maximizing thermal destruction efficiency. Flame scanners and safety photocells ensure fail-safe operation cycles.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which standard container sizes are mobile incinerators fitted into? +

Depending on capacity demands, our mobile incinerators are compactly built inside standard 20-foot or 40-foot HC (High Cube) shipping containers, along with all their auxiliary equipment.

Does a mobile incinerator require external power and fuel connections in the field? +

No. Our mobile units can be equipped with an integrated diesel generator and fuel storage tank. This allows self-sufficient operation in remote off-grid locations or disaster zones without external power inputs.

How long does it take to install and commission a mobile incineration unit? +

Containerized mobile units are delivered on a plug-and-play basis. Once on-site, you only need to erect the chimney section, fill the fuel tank, and the system is ready to operate within 2 to 4 hours.

Can mobile incinerators operate in harsh weather and geographical conditions? +

Yes. The container body is fully insulated and weatherproofed. Our systems are engineered to operate reliably in ambient temperatures ranging from -30°C freezing conditions up to +50°C desert heat.

How is the flue gas treatment system integrated into mobile units? +

Cyclonic separators, dry carbon/lime injection reactors, and compact wet scrubbers are packaged inside the container layout, ensuring stack exhaust meets environmental limits before emission.

Why are mobile incinerators preferred for mining sites and remote military camps? +

Waste collection and transport costs in remote areas are extremely high. Mobile units destroy waste at the point of origin, reducing logistics costs, environmental footprint, and biosecurity risks to zero.

What are the road transport permits for containerized mobile incinerators? +

Our systems comply with standard ISO container and trailer dimensions. They can be freely transported on public roads using standard trucks or flatbed trailers without requiring special oversized cargo permits.

Which fuel types (diesel, natural gas, etc.) can be used in mobile incinerators? +

Since diesel is the most accessible fuel on remote sites, diesel burners are usually preferred. However, depending on project specs, LPG or natural gas burner configurations can also be integrated.

How is it deployed for biosecurity in disaster and emergency zones? +

In earthquake, flood, or epidemic zones, the container is rapidly dropped on-site. Hazardous medical or organic waste is instantly incinerated at the source before causing secondary infections or contamination.

What is the maximum daily disposal capacity of mobile incinerators? +

Due to space constraints inside standard container footprints, the maximum throughput capacity of mobile systems ranges from 500 kg up to 10 tons per day (based on a 24-hour batch operation cycle).
