How Does It Work?
Hanger cleaning furnaces operate on the controlled air principle. Combustion and temperature are adjusted according to the load, increasing process efficiency. The furnaces are equipped with a PLC system that continuously monitors and controls temperatures. When the set temperature is reached, the air supply is automatically restricted. When the temperature drops, the burner is reactivated and the air supply is opened.
The furnaces are equipped with integrated thermal oxidizer afterburners. This system provides air to the exhaust gases in the process chamber, heating them to a temperature range of 800-1,100ºC to oxidize smoke and odors from the load, thus ensuring effective cleaning of the contaminated gases.
Security Features and Control Systems
ATF-Series furnaces are designed to maximize safety. They provide oxygen control by limiting airflow to prevent sudden temperature increases. Additionally, a water mist injection system controls flash temperatures that can occur when handling large combustible loads and ensures a safe cleaning process.
Fuel and Efficiency
The furnaces are heated using gas or diesel fuel. This increases fuel efficiency and speeds up the process. The design is optimized for high efficiency.
