Working Principle
Animal waste is admitted to the furnace through a closed bunker system. Drying and gasification occur in the first stage, followed by complete oxidation in the second. The energy released during combustion can be used to produce hot water, steam, or process heat through an optional heat exchanger. The flue gas effluent is thoroughly cleaned through a three-stage system—gas cooling, chemical scrubbing, and filtration. This process removes all organic components, leaving only sterile ash.
